Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At Looking Glass Day Nursery and Preschool 96% of parents were satisfied with the overall experience at the nursery and preschool. To summarise the findings, parents love the environment (96% agree), the children are well stimulated (96% agree), food is healthy and nutritious (96% agree) and the quality of resources is high (96% agree), and 90% of parents of preschool children said that the preschool is excellent preparation for school. Parents said they would like more verbal feedback and our administration could be worked on, we are committed to improving these areas.
